In one of our four self catering farm holiday cottages near Landrake in South east Cornwall. Situated on a tranquil 400 acre working Cornish farm. The cottages, which sleep between 2 and 6 people, have been tastefully converted from two 18th century stone barns. Each has the benefit of outstanding south-facing views of some of the most outstanding countryside in Cornwall.
Walk
on the farm or venture a little further. Markwell farm is the perfect
location to explore South Devon and South East Cornwall. Plymouth and
Saltash are a short drive away. Take a walk on the magnificent South West
Coastal path or the moors of Bodmin and Dartmoor. Visit the smugglers towns
of Looe and Polperro; National Trust houses of Cothele, Anthony and
Lanhydrock: Bodmin and Wenford steam railway or have fun on the beaches of
Looe, Seaton, Downderry and Whitsand Bay.
